• We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
All Finto designs products are handmade and custom. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, and the following cannot be returned or refunded:
• Sale items
• Mystery cups / surprise boxes
• Gift cards
✨ Please note: Small air bubbles are a natural part of every handmade cup and are not considered a defect, small bubbles are important to assist the flow of the liquid and to ensure the cup doesn't explode.

🛠 Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the fact that all items are custom made.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Please note: it may take extra time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Each Finto designs cup comes with a care card. Please follow these guidelines carefully to get the best life out of your cup.
Damage caused by improper care is not covered under our refund or replacement policy.
